Question / Help Black Screen Except for Cursor(not laptop)

What I get when trying to record or preview:

Cursor

I'm running two(2) cards, monitor 1 runs on a GTX 750ti and secondary monitor runs on a GTX 460. I have all my games run through the GTX750 and i'm trying to get my GTX460 to be the card I use for recording. Based on the SS (Cursor link) it seems like it wants to work but isn't pulling any of the actual game, save for the cursor.

I've set OBS to run on the GTX460 in the NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings. The real head scratcher is that I had this working last night with no issues at all and did not make any changes to my settings when trying to record tonight. This is my 2nd day using OBS so please be gentle.

You cannot set OBS to run on the GTX 460 and then game capture a game running on the GTX 750TI

I'm mot using game capture though, it's setup as window capture as I run multiple of the same game.
