Question / Help Black Screen during edit

Hey guys, I'm having issues trying to edit a video. I am completely new to this. The softwares i am using is OBS and Vegas Pro for Editing. I can't seem to get the picture to spread the screen. Here is a picture https://i.imgur.com/7OPXB1l.png
