Black screen despite changing following instructions in pinned post...

We are trying to game capture on Roblox using OBS on a Windows laptop but are just getting a black screen.
I went through the graphic settings for both Roblox and OBS and put them both to high performance but are still getting the same issue.
Is there anything else we can try... ?

I have also run OBS in administrator mode...

Roblox' recent updates reportedly added an anti-cheat that is blocking game capture from working.
Because of this, any fix to getting game capture working will have to come from either Roblox or their anti-cheat provider.
You will need to use window capture
