Bug Report black screen and monitor flashing during recording by using Monitor Capture on Win10(build9888)

Hi there.

I've used OBS v0.638b in Monitor Capture source to record desktop, but OBS always records black screen, and my monitor
was flashing when recording. (Record game:League of Legends is fine)

The platform OS is Windows 10 (64bit, build 9888).

Here is the logs I recorded twice:

Did I use the wrong configuration?
And what information should I provide?

You should use game capture to capture games, monitor capture is not recommended for games because of this problem.

Sorry, sometime I need to record my desktop.
So can't the Monitor Capture record in this version(v0.638b) in Win10 (build 9888)?

Win10 is still in beta, if you are a normal user HOW CAN YOU THINK AT USING WINDOWS 10. Seriously, the beta version is only for programmers, testers, someone that want to start develop applications on it before it launch official. I don't recommend using win 10 if you are not one of these because you will got lot of problems, because, it's in beta, and all beta's have bugs.
