Question / Help Black screen and crashes

Hi hoping someone can help im new to the streaming scene and ive recently started using obs but i seem to be having more down time than game time i keep getting black screens and frozen screen feeds. ive gone through YouTube to look for help videos but none unfortunately have worked.

Operating equipment
Windows 10 64 bit
16 gig ddr4 gskill memory
asus rog hero VIII
CPU ati ryzon 3900x
my bottle neck till i upgrade is the duel Ati crossfire HD5800
When i do get it working well it only lasts for a few minutes then freezes and black screens again is there a fix please?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
