Question / Help Black screen after watching 20 vids: Ready to throw away OBS

Guys help. Pleease!

I'm using Memu and can't capture my game. I have uninstalled, run as admin, tried workarounds with display capture (also black screen), switched to open GL and back again in Memu, turned off the security settings, started, restarted, restarted. I love OBS, but I'm so done with this buggy nonsense. Please help OBS do the job it is supposed to do.

The only thing that worked for a day was uninstalling and reinstalling OBS. Lost all my set-ups.

Then you come back to tell anybody that might read here, because they have the same problem, that you solved the problem, but you leave out the most important part again: HOW did you solve the problem?
