i was using 64 bit version and i read somewher that instal 32 bit version could help. It won't as you can see, if it gonna change something i can reinstal it again.

That's a "last" log not a "current"
And it doesn't show you having followed the instructions.

So in short you did NOT follow the steps to enable display capture.

i'v got it ! if change settings in nvidia to run obs whit integrated card .
