Black preview window, tried everything I found

I've used OBS a bit previously, now have a fresh install on a new laptop and cannot get OBS to capture the display. Window capture works fine, but I've tried the Nvidia settings, Windows game mode, and a couple of other things I cannot recall right now, but no dice.

In Windows 10 1903 and later, GPU assignment has to be done in the OS, not the nVidia Control Panel as with older versions of W10. From your log, OBS is still starting up on the Quadro at the moment, not the Intel low-power as needed for display capture.
