Question / Help Black out a section of my stream.

Some of you may understand what I mean by the title but anyways. I would like to block a section of my stream but cannot figure out how to do it on OBS I add a black bar image but you can't resize it and move it to the spot you want it.

Anyone know how to do so?

while youre in preview or streaming mode, click on the item under Sources, then click Edit Scene...itll surround the black bar with a red outline, then u can move and resize it.
