Question / Help Black Magic Intensity Pro not capturing it appears

I have been trying to set up my stream for my BMI Pro and whenever I add a source as Video Capture Device, neither option I select work. The options I have are Blackmagic WDM Capture and Decklink Video Capture. Selecting the first, I set it up to match my Xbox One/Xbox 360 output format of 720p 59.94. I click on Preview Stream to check the output and it shows just a black screen. Selecting the second option, I do the same with the format. I click on Preview Stream and it outputs a red screen.

Can someone please assist me with this?

The red screen typically means another program is using the device. Check to make sure you don't have any other video/camera software active. Skype might also be trying to grab the device for whatever reason, so check settings there as well.

Skype is not running and there are no programs running that I see that would try and use the software.

I think you should keep testing the one that gives you a black screen. It will just need the correct settings for hz and resolution and then it should work. Test all available options and double check your settings on the xboxes. Black Magic cards are stupid when it comes to settings :/

I'll try but the Media Express program that I need to have running only detects them at 720p 59.94.
