Question / Help Black Magic capture card A/V desync problem

Hello,

I've recently redone my PC and ever since I've been running into unusual audio and video desync problems with my Black Magic Intensity Pro capture card (Internal PCI-E).
The video starts to drift behind as the stream goes on and I've not been able to pinpoint the exact cause for that. Refreshing the capture feed temporarily fixed the problem but it starts to simply drift again afterwards.
Despite the video feed showing "on sync" in the preview, the audio still comes through first. I've never had this problem before I redid my computer and I am still running on the exact same hardware except the HDDs that are switched out.

I'll attach 2 logs from different streams that had the problem occur. (The older log is in the pastebin and the more recent one is attached as a file)

I'm running the 64-bit version of OBS Studio 22.0.2
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
Intel i-7 950
12GB DDR3
GTX 660 Ti
Black Magic Intensity pro capture card

OBS usually adds buffering when the computer can't keep up, like when CPU usage is too high. Keep an eye in Task Manager. You can also try in a clean Scene Collection and Profile (the menus along the top).

Also the pastebin link expired.
