I recently got a HDMI splitter to stream PS3 games and have had this issue come up since then. When I switch to a lower resolution the bars get bigger/cover more of the screen. I'm fairly clueless when it comes to this program and ive messed around with all i could think of but nothing helped. I've tried new cords and the passthrough on my capture card comes out completely clear, just the obs preview
