Question / Help Black borders with using Avermedia Recentral software

Hello,

Recently I had to upgrade my avermedia software to the Recentral now when I capture via (VGA) I have black borders on the outside which strange since I never had them before using the SAME connection. I have looked in the setting and it says its recording in 1080p...I have no idea what is going on. This is the quality of my videos before making the switch to Avermedia recentral software and just using the software that came with the Live Broadcaster HD.

Another problem with this is now when I steam VIA Twitch I have the black borders on my channel...Not sure exactly what is going on since it even says its Recording in 16:9 resolution but clearly it is not.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Twitch's player isn't perfectly 16:9 unless you are in fullscreen on a 16:9 display.

It is not with twitch at all its with the recentral software from Avermedia..it records now like its not 16:9 and it use to before i installed this software..any free good software i could check out?
