Question / Help Black Boarders

Even though I have used CTRL+F (Fit screen) it still has the black boarders round the side! Please help me. I need a fix

Look, All I need is a simple reply. Nothing too nerdy, I don't understand most of that.

The simple reply is that the source content you've added to OBS doesn't match the aspect ratio of the base resolution you've configured under Settings > Video. The link I provided explains what that means so you don't have to complain about "nerdy replies".
