Hello,
I know this subject has been brought up many times, but I would like an answer for myself...
Black bars on the top and bottom won't go away, even when streaming/recording. I can deal with it, but it would be better quality in my opinion to not have them there.
My laptop is 1366x768 Resolution (recommended). In OBS I use 1920x1080 for the base and 768x432 for the scaled because that is what came up first when I put in the base. I use that base because 1) most other people that have problems with this use that base to get it to fix, and 2) if I use 1366x768 the bars are still there.

Is there any way I can fix that?
Also, when people watch my videos, how do I make them able to watch in over 360p?
