BLACK BARS!!!

Hello everyone...
So when I record with obs, I record with the ratio of 16:9 aka 720 p. In my display settings, it is set to 1080 p tho. When I set obs to 1080p, It doesn't record like that. It only records in 720p. However, when I look at my video on youtube or file explorer etc there are small black bars at the top and the bottom. What do I do? It only happens in full-screen mode. If it is theater or different modes on youtube, It doesn't show. The black bars are so annoying!

I said it wrong. I mean I record in 1080p and when I post on yt, there are black bars at the top and bottom/

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
