Question / Help Black Bars Problem

Hello everyone, i recently installed OBS. when i opened my recordings in VLC i noticed two black bars on the right and left side of the video. I read other threads looking for a possible solution but nothing has worked so far.

My monitor resolution is 1920x1080, on obs the Base Resolution is set to 1920x1080 and the output resolution is set to 1280x720 (i had frame rate issues recording on 1080p)

The video player might have the wrong settings.
VLC, Video, Aspect Ratio, Default.
VLC, Video, fullscreen. Or you can double-click the video itself on VLC while a video is playing or paused.
