Question / Help Black Bars on Streams

Haven't noticed it until now, but i am getting the black bars when streaming to twitch. When i first started streaming, it wasnt there, my laptop resolution is 16:9 , 1920x1080. Looking back, since around the start of July all my streams have had the black bars on the side. I've changed nothing. Recently ive been getting an error message about the handshake connection failing, but usually if i close OBS and reopen, its fine and has no issues. IDK if that will help.

Here's a picture from my stream, you can see the bars best looking at the middle and bottom, its hard to tell at the top.
