Question / Help BLACK BARS NOTHING I TRY WORKS!

Hey, I've tried streaming many different games and changing my Res in OBS but nothing seems to work. My Screen Res is 1680x1050, I understand it has something to do with my aspect ratio being 16:9 and not 16:10 but how do I fix this? I always see Black bars on the left and right side, or if I switch my res in OBS to 1680x720 they move to top and bottom. Any idea on how to solve my issue?

If you are streaming to Twitch, their player is 16:9 and if your monitor is not, there will be black bars somewhere.
