Question / Help Black Bars Issue

I have 1440 by 900 monitor and i use obs studio but i keep getting balck bars on stream even if i fullscreen preview on obs itself i keep getting those bars.

A lot of people have been sending answers but none of them worked please help me

Players are optimized for 16:9.

Set your base resolution to 1280x720, your downscale resolution to 1280x720, and set your game to run in Window Mode with a resolution of 1280x720.
