Question / Help Black bar with monitor capture

Hi!
I have been trying to record my complete screen but I keep getting a black bar around where my start menu is(see screenshot), this is only when I use a different resolution for my monitor (Full monitor quality: 2560*1080, what I use for recording; 1920*1080), all the settings to do with canvas ect are updated and its only when I use the monitor capture feature, it does not seem to occur when I use a windows capture. I also attatched all the latest log files.

Please help!

That seems to be around the same problem, sorry I hadn't found it ;(
