Question / Help Black bar on Facebook Live.

Hello,

I have set OBS Studio canvas, screen, output everything to 1280x720px.

But when I preview Facebook Live, there I can see black bar on top and bottom of the screen. 1280x720px is the maximum resolution Facebook live can accept. I have tried lower resolution as well, 640x360. All 16:9 aspect ratio.

Can anyone let me know what am I doing wrong? How can I get full screen video?

The player window is probably not 16:9

Thanks Osiris for your reply. How do I check the player window? Base resolution & Output resolution under Video Settings is 1280x720 and Rescale Output under Output settings is 640x360.

Also to add, the inputs are all HD cameras and the video input fully covers the OBS canvas area.
