bitrates from iphone to obs, and from obs to output.. need advice

Hello everyone!

I am confused a bit about my bitrate settings..
I am streaming my mobile ( ios ) game to obs through my network... but i am wondering how i should set up those bitrate's in the application that send it to my vlc media source in obs, and i am wonderin aswell how i should set up the bitrate's in obs studio itself. In the below image you can see my iphone stream settings

And how am i to settup the bitrate's in obs studio itself? should i set it the same as the iphone application? please some advice!

I streaming on facebook, so the settings just have to be 720p 30 fps!

If you have the bandwidth and CPU, go for 6000 OBS bitrate. Facebook just re-encodes it anyway.

Try bumping the iPhone bitrate to 6k too. If it affects gameplay, turn it down.
