Question / Help Bitrates and frames suddenly drop

Today in the morning i was streaming with obs attached with twitch and all gone extremelly well. My bitrate set is 1500. No drops of bitrates and frames. I was afk for a bit, in the meanwhile my pc decided to upgrade itself to windows 10. When i tryed to stream again, it's suddenly flashing red and yellow and it's constantly dropping frames and bitrates.
So i tryed to change the twitch servers, but without any success. I wanna know how can i fix this and if the windows 10 update have influenced somehow obs.

I'm still encountering this shit. I can do just 1 stream right then after some time all start to mess up. Please help guys

Check your upload speed again, seems you cannot sustain 1500 kbit. Beside that your stream wont be pretty anyway with that slow CPU.

Plus today from 15 to 17 pm +1 CET i streamed so well with 1500 and my own settings. Everything was pretty fine (execpt for te quality). Everytime i wanna stream late in the evening that happens. I think that twitch is the problem

Or its Peaktime with your ISP and they rather provide stable download over upload.
