hi, i set 2500 bitrate and buffer 2500.
and twitch says me: The broadcast is not set to constant bitrate (CBR). [Current average: 2891 kbps, current max: 10349.0 kbps]
What i do wrong ?

Eh, go to "settings", then "encoding" and then check CBR and CBR padding. This is very important in keeping the bitrate constant, which is what you want with livestreaming, so don't think about turning it off.

I nvenc(no cbr padding option) 50mbits to a second pc with nginx and got cbr on there..also the same problem but no poblems for the viewers though.

If your viewers are buffering, than that means you have to lower your bitrate to something your viewers can bear. So, I'd say max 2000 bitrate, no more than that.
