Hello!
A few weeks ago my windows 10 got corrputed so i clean reinstalled it with wiping all the data from my HDD.
When I wanted to stream after that, my bitrate was going very unstable, like it jumped from 3000 to 0 or as high as 11000.
Not to mention how many frames it dropped. Even my kb/s is lower than it's supposed to be. I'm streaming from my GPU but when i stream with my CPU my kb/s will go back to normal, but the bitrate is still very unstable.
I don't even have to do anything and the bitrate will go unstable.
I've tried various things: 1) Reinstalling obs 2) Disabling firewall 3) Changing servers/services, but none have helped me.
What could cause this sudden change?
Does it have to do something with me getting my windows 10 corrupted and clean reinstalling it?
