Bitrate stable at about 6200 for a few minutes, before dropping to 0 for about half a minute

I have been having this issue for a long time, and dont know how to fix it. I have tried changing every type of setting in obs, but no luck there, and so I am wishing that someone who knows a bit about this kind of stuff can point me in the right direction.

Bandwidth is 100/100
Whenever the bitrate drops to 0, nothing seems to be wrong with my overall connection, since every other program works fine. Games dont disconnect, discord works just fine. Only thing that stops working is the bitrate. For a while I could stream using the geforce overlay, but now that doesnt work either.

GTX 1080Ti
16gb ram @ 2000mhz

What router do you have?

Also, does it happen with any sort of consistency for how long the stream stays active?

It happens around 5 minutes into every stream. My router is a Telia Wireless router (TG799vac) but I have it connected through a ethernet cable to my PC.
