I am hoping someone out there can please help me out with this, as my viewers are now complaining that my streams are difficult to watch due to frame drops.
I have been streaming with 3200kb/s for about 8 months now with very few issues. Recently, as of about a month ago, I have been experiencing major bitrate spikes and drops which cause serious frame drops, sometimes as high as 20% of total frames. I have lowered my bitrate all the way down to 2000 and am still experiencing the same issues. The interesting thing is that it almost always happens the exact same way. My bitrate spikes very high, sometimes as much as 1000kb/s over my set bitrate, and then drops massively under.
My internet speeds are roughly 90/11 and it doesn't seem to be the issue. PC specs are i7 4790, GTX 970 reference, 16gb ram, Seagate 2TB 7200rpm HDD.
Here is the log from my most recent stream: http://pastebin.com/wybt6Xaz
I am hoping someone can help me figure this out! Thanks in advance.
