For the past three nights since the update I have been having issues with the bitrate spiking, then dropped frames lastly disconnecting. This has been happening constantly. I thought it was due to the new version, hence I uninstalled the 0.653 Beta and installed the Multiplatform version. Same issue with the multiplatform, so I uninstalled and reinstalled .651 Beta and same problem. Please see the attached log (log dated 7/22 is Multiplatform and log dated 7/23 is 0.651 Beta). I don't seem to have any issues with my connection or my computer. I am able to play Heroes of the Storm and Elder Scrolls Online with no problems. Please help me out, thank you.
