Bitrate Randomly Plummets and Stream Doesn't Recover (Log Included)

Hi!

I have been streaming for the last 6 months and I have constantly had an issue with my stream bitrate becoming unstable.

Whenever this happens the only fix seems to be to reset the router/restart the stream.
I am connected to my router via Ethernet. I have played with my OBS settings but have not found anything that eliminates this issue.

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

In the analizer you can see some issues. Follow recommendatios/directions to fix some common issues.
