Bitrate Randomly drops to 0 While still being in greens

My Desktop Windows Manager hits 20% CPU usage as well as my System when this happens
Problem only started after my PC Automatically updated to W11 only happened after a few weeks past.
NO ISP Changes

I use to be able to stream close to 24hrs with no issue but now this just randomly happens.

The stream would start ok But after like 30 mins or more it'll just hit 0kbps with Green bitrate
Then Desktop Windows Manager & System will just hit 30% CPU usage.
Can't even stop stream after that i have to end-task OBS
