Question / Help Bitrate problems returning after clean reinstall

So, I did a full, clean re-install of OBS Studio, because I had the issue that OBS was unable to hold up a stable bitrate. This problem was due to OBS, as other streaming software, even OBS Classic, perfectly streamed at a stable bitrate. Then I had the problem that only OBS Studio really has the set of features (and comfort) that I need, so after lots of unfruitful troubleshooting I decided to do a complete reinstall at 19.0.1 and, vóila, everything worked perfectly fine. Stable 3500 kb/s at 1080p60. Until I decided to actually stream. I didn't change any settings that (to my knowledge) have an impact on streaming. I even forgot to change the streamkey to actually go live... I only restarted OBS and the issue was back when I hit Start Stream. Even after reverting all changes I made during that session, the problems persist and I seem to be back at the beginning. I attached both logs. The one of the working session and the next one after where things went wrong again.

Ok, I should have probably mentioned that. From the timecode I can see that this is from the first log, which was the successful session. My internet connection generally likes to drop out at random once or twice a night. IIRC, this was such a drop and the stream actually reconnected and continued running fine from there on. I am aware that this is not OBS' fault, but it's also not really the problem I am trying to solve... <<;

Can you try a different encoder from the AMF encoder? I've heard people having unstable bitrate issues with AMF.

Here. I switched to x256 as it's the only other encoder I have available for streaming. General performance is accordingly bad, sadly, and the instability stays. I know it's only a few seconds of stream but I hope it's enough.

Code:
06:58:23.963: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 427 (0.0%)

I mean, this is your internet connection dropping the frames. Not much we can do about that, check the guide I linked.

Okay, this is kinda awkward... I did try the stuff from the guide on the previous installation and it didn't help, but switching to the new network code did actually resolve it for now. The indicatior is still showing unstable framerates, so I am attaching the log, but I'm guessing that may just be the wonkiness of the feature? Anyways, at least I now know that I am/was not having the same issue my previous installation had. Thanks a lot!
