Hello, i had a follow issue.
I start OBS on the both CPU's and second pc receive perfectly image on the OBS.
But when i put my stream key and start stream, bitrate dont get high values... still one 200/300 max 500 bit rate... and dont transmit one video to my twitch... any know what happens or fix?
