First of all, I apologize for my English, but I'll try to do it for the best.
I have a problem with OBS Studio, being that I have enough internet to stream with a good quality. I do not have any lag in the game while I'm streaming, nor lag on the internet. But here is the problem, for example I have 10Mb of upload being able to stream very well with 3000 bitrates, but the OBS does not pass me of the 2000, being that sometimes I make the 1800 and even so it passes the 2000, can help me ?
