Bitrate keeps dropping on every stream

Hello,

I've been streaming for some time now but i realized that a few months back that my bitrate started dropping. Not only that I will lose frames but the stream on OBS completely disconnects and reconnect. I recently just updated my GPU driver and check for any updates and all are updated but it still drops. This is the recent log file from my last stream. I just don't know what to do.

I was able to figure out the issue!!

The issue was being caused by a specific setting that was turned on called "hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" and after turning that off and doing a public test stream, the bitrate stopped dropping. Hope this helps someone one day

path: settings>system>display>graphics>advanced graphics settings
