I've been using obs for quite some time now and don't plan on going anywhere but there's one thing that is kind of confusing me. And more than likely it's probably not even an issue on obs's end. But here it goes.
When I speedtest.net i get this result:
But when I try to stream in anything higher than like 2300 kbps I get frame drops. If anyone could help i'd appreciate it. My best guess is that my ips just sucks and I don't have very consistent bandwidth but I thought it was worth a shot posting on here.
EDIT: I've tried numerous different encoding and video settings and the bottleneck on all of them is the 2300 bitrate.
