keep getting an error report from u tube saying not enough video - recommend 2500 bitrate...i have changed this in settings - output...but still keep getting the same error

Recommend 2500kb/s for 720p60 ?
I think minimum 3500kb/s, but i set more like 6000kb/s

Your connection is over wifi, you have 65% lost frame, is two possibility, first wifi connection is bad, second network is bad.

Why you use IPv6? use IPv4
Change connection to cable.
