Question / Help Bitrate issue

Soo, i have a strange problem here while streaming.
My default bitrate is 2000, and works fine, the bitrate is constant and have NO drops.
But for some reason the my viewers get alot of freezes on the stream while the audio keeps going.
Then i decided to put my bitrate to 1800 and it stopped all the freezes and lag spikes, help?
 
Update: Bitrate: 1940 (No Lag and Green Health on OBS)
Bitrate: 1950 (Lag and low fps on stream with Red and Yellow health on obs)

Sounds like your 2000kbit/s were stable before, but at the moment your upload speed has decreased.
Remove all other devices from internet and try again.
Do some speed tests @Prime time (evenings, weekends) and check your log file.
