Question / Help Bitrate issue

i notice in the bottom it shows the bitrate but when i stream i set it to 1400 but it fluctuates from 1400 to 1595 is that a normal thing or a problem ?

Hey, you have to calculate video bitrate + audio bitrate + very small variations.
So for example 1400 video + 128 audio + 20-70 variance = 1598 :)
