Question / Help bitrate inconsistency

Currently I have my bitrate set to max 2800. However, when I begin my stream, the indicator in the bottom right fluctuates between 2600-3500. It will also flash to yellow instead of green. 0 frames dropped however. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence, or if there is something I can adjust.

My speedtests are 60down/7up with Cox Cable.

nothing to do about it you could change the values and what not with custom commands but even then the fluctuation will keep existing.

depending on your maximum upload consider changing your bitrate but if you dont drop frames everything should be fine

if you have 0 dropped frames, don't worry about it, it's normal for the encoder to go over the max bitrate periodically.
