I'm having a bizarre issue where when I choose to stream using the Nvida Nvenc encoder my bitrate will not go above 2500 even though I have it set at 3500 in the settings. However when I use the x264 encoder OBS will output the 3500. I dont understand why Nvenc will not go higher than 2500
