Bitrate hit zero midstream even though it was smooth all along

OK, so while I was streaming Valorant to YouTube yesterday after around 40 minutes or so my bitrate hit zero and the stream ended abruptly. But it had been smooth since the beginning and quality was also good until that very point where it just straight hit zero. This happened again after I restarted the stream exactly after 45 minutes or so. Please help me out here I need to fix this ASAP!!
