Question / Help Bitrate goes higher then i put????

If i put 1500bitrate it will go to 2000 and then frames will drop even doe i got 3mb upload and if i will put 2000bitrate it will rise till 3000 and rip my ping on all games and about 40% dropped frames what to do?

Activate cbr maybe thats the problem. Set a max bitrate to the same like your buffer. Maybe send your last log from obs to let us see some more information about your system

Fix your internet/wireless connection and/or change server?

Dropped frames and bitrate bouncing up and down both may be caused by unstable internet/wireless connection. Bitrate dropping to 100, then shooting up to 3000, might mean the poor connection could only send 2 frames a few seconds sometimes dropping frames, then 50 frames for a next second, even though it was set to 30 fps. Video players will buffer and play at the correct frame rate of 30 fps, but will show dropped frames as freezing video.
