Question / Help Bitrate goes down when trying to stream on Twitch

Guys, I have an issue. When I start stream on twitch bitrate goes to 100, then 0, then 1500, then 100 again. What can solve the problem? Log

I tried to use Xsplit just to be sure that there is no issue with my internet connection. It wroked great. So the problem is in OBS.

Yes and very likely yes.

And speedtest.net is not relevant to this discussion because its test does NOT compare accurately to streaming and also does NOT test the connection to your streaming service.
