Question / Help Bitrate for stream

Can someone good help me set up a good bitrate and other stuff to stream Fortnite
My rig:
I3 4160 3.6 GHz
6GB ram
Asus Rog sTRIX GTX 1050 OC 2 gb
931GB Seagate ST1000DM 003
Speed Test:
DOWNLOAD: 88.83
UPLOAD: 93.75
 
x264 out of questions cause of a bad cpu.
quicksync isnt really that great with haswell chips.
NVENC if 1080p60 you are limited to twitch which would be 6000 bitrate currently anything above could be flagged as excessive and ends up with a ban.
would recommend to start testing with 720p60 5000 bitrate and depending on your viewers lower/keep/raise bitrate since they might suffer from buffering etc.
