Question / Help Bitrate Fluctuating/Dropped Frames

Hey everyone. Normally I don't have an issue with OBS dropping frames, but recently I've had repeated issues and can't figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Logs attached.

Edit:
Ran Twitch Bandwidth test (normally my bandwidth is great) and these are the results, which are shockingly low. Anything I can do on my end?
