I have been streaming flawlessly until a couple of weeks ago and all of a sudden my bitrate fluctuates terribly! All my speed tests are great! I stream 1080 60fps at 8000 kbps CBR NVENC on Youtube. I know some might say that is a lot but I have always been able to stream at this bitrate flawlessly with my RTX2080. I did all the normal troubleshooting steps, reset modem, router, made sure everything was up to date, I tried streaming on Twitch and Youtube and the same issues occurs, I even contacted my ISP and they said they are not seeing any issues from their end. I have even tried bitrates as low as 2500 kbps and streaming at 720 30 fps and still get the same issue. I have even tried enabling network optimization and dynamically changing bitrate. I also stream over wifi, BUT I have always and never had issues. I have even tried using ethernet cable and bypassing my router and plugging my modem directly into my pc with ethernet and still get the same issue. So my log file with throw that up as a flag but its not. But no matter what I do my bitrate still fluctuates! It has been working flawlessly and now it wont stay consistent enough to stream.
