Hi there ! A week I suffer with OBS settings !
Faced a problem when recording video, when I stand still, without movement, the bitrate corresponds to the specified settings, and when moving the mouse, the bitrate drops very much. Are the same settings as I stand one utuber, which has a very good picture. Video somehow looks bad, especially after downloading on YouTube(( HELP!
