Bitrate drops to 0 at random intervals

I've been having an issue for the past few weeks where my bitrate will randomly drop to 0 from rendering lag during a broadcast before returning to normal. This was previously not an issue, and nothing with my setup has changed since before the issues started.

I initially suspected that dynamic bitrate may have been the cause, but I started to drop network frames instead after disabling it. I've posted two logs below - one with dynamic bitrate on, one with it off. If anyone is able to provide any insight into what's going on, it would be much appreciated.

Create a new Scene Collection with just1 scene with only 1 game capture source and no streamelements stuff. Close OBS, update your GeForce Driver and open OBS.
If still happening with that scene, post new log.

Your bitrate is dropping to 700, not 0. Rendering lag does not cause the bitrate to drop, that's a bandwidth issue. Rendering lag is caused by your GPU being maxed out. See

I also have been having this same issue. My bitrate not testing out when I use the auto wizard to test the connection before i go live. then the bitrate is fine and working perfect and the next moment its tanking and I'm dropping an ungodly amount of frames. Ive chalked it up to something being wrong with my internet connection somewhere. I also have 1000 download and 20 upload and its never given me problems up until this last few months.
