My Bitrate is dropping and that's making my OBS lag/stream lag and buffer. I Googled bitrate dropping and all I found was lower it bc it might be to high. But the thing is arma3 is the only game the Bitrate drops on. All the other games I play the stream runs smooth. I went ahead and lowered the bitrate just to try it out and still nothing. I find it weird it only does it with this game and all my other streams on other games look great. I hope you guys can help.
